River Condos | Gecko Ridge

These condos are nestled by the Bagaces River that crosses our property. Each entity is divided into 4 flats of approx. 1400 sq.ft. each which plan's organization clearly divide the night areas and the living areas. It also creates an indoor patio that can be used by the owners, giving a fresh private outdoor space. The terraces and widows position has been thought to give sufficient privacy to the inhabitants and let at the same time the light and fresh air from the river to be naturally brought to all the indoor spaces. Every unit has its own private and covered park lot.
