One of our most impressive houses in Gecko Ridge, the South House greatly takes the advantage of its orientation to have the most ample and generous swimming pool possible. Most of the spaces have direct access to the pool area where you can enjoy the ample wood terrace. The roof shape permits rain water collection and increases natural ventilation of the indoor spaces. The plan has been thought to reduce circulations spaces so that the house works like a loft would.
